Except that the starting speed is normal, the above phenomena belong to the fault phenomenon caused by the poor technical condition of the battery or starting circuit, so the technical condition of the battery and starting circuit should be checked.

If the starting speed is normal, but the engine cannot be started, pay attention to check whether the diesel enters the cylinder, that is, observe whether the exhaust pipe exhausts smoke and listen to whether the engine explodes. If there is no smoke discharge and no explosion sound during starting, it indicates that the diesel has not entered the cylinder because the fuel injection pump does not pump oil or the low-pressure oil circuit does not supply oil. First check whether there is oil in the mailbox, and then loosen the vent screw on the fuel injection pump to check whether the oil circuit is blocked and there is air.
